MY JOURNEY

Throughout my life, I’ve always had a profound love for the exploration of humanity in all its many forms: the psyche, the physical and the spiritual.

Similarly, the creative arts have always held a dear place in my heart. The ability to be vulnerable through both visual and sonic expression will forever fascinate me. The ability to bare all with an unknown audience is such a daunting preposition for most and yet when executed authentically can be highly rewarding. The power of a cathartic and emotional response from a resonating audience is often so strong that it speaks to the metaphysical in ways which can be both mentally and physically healing. This form of self-expression has for centuries been used as a tool in therapy and is something I incorporate into my sessions, be it musical meditation or focused drawing and painting.

Through a holistic approach to the connection of the body, mind and spirit, I warmly invite you to join me on a journey of self-fulfillment and energetic healing with the goal of finding a strong homeostasis and being a better YOU.

Over the years I’ve professionally had the pleasure of creating strong and positive experiences for my clients in which we’ve explored the inner workings of the mind, body and soul as a means to learn and heal from past and present emotions.

Traveling has been a passion of mine since I was young. My many trips across the globe have richly provided me with great wisdom, in which I’ve been able to observe and learn about how people of all walks of life operate in both a personal and community setting. As a result of my exposure to many international cultures, I’ve been able to carry forward this knowledge into my wellness teaching and practices, providing multiple methods for healing, focus and fulfillment.

BIO

Linda Fuller is an integrative health practitioner based in the greater New York City area.

From art therapy to yoga therapy, to positive psychology coaching, energy healing and breathwork, Linda has immersed herself fully in all aspects of integrative healing throughout the past twenty years. With a personable touch and a radiant personality, Linda is extremely dedicated to her clientele in which she takes a patient and non-judgmental approach to all whom she works with.

Linda has always been fascinated at looking at the world through a lens in which she sees art as an expression of Self. Early in her career, Linda enrolled in an art history master’s at the renowned Christie’s Auction House, as well as taking courses in photography and art therapy at The New School for Social Research and the International Center of Photography (ICP). Her studies here introduced her to the importance of art in society, in which she learned its power to influence the mind, body and soul as well as how it could be used as a tool in therapeutic services.

Her learning continued, in which she took an advanced studies program in Yoga Anatomy at The Breathing Project. Here she was first introduced to practices of yoga therapy and the anatomy of the human body. With a passion for spiritual healing, this led to further studies of energy work, including Reiki, integrated energy therapy and seraphim blueprint.

After studying Structural Yoga Therapy and YCat (yoga therapy in cancer and chronic illness) under Jnani Chapman’s (RN, C-IAYT) teaching, Linda received her certifications from The International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).

Linda’s years of practice and training have allowed her to teach her clients confidently and responsibly, offering a professional and trusted environment for them to practice in.

Forever a student, Linda has recently furthered her studies in wellness, in which she has explored the topics of psychedelics and holistic plant based medicines and how they can be used in a therapy setting. With a certification from the Holistic Cannabis Academy as well as undertaking Navigating Psychedelics: For Clinicians and Therapists at Psychedelics Today, Linda has evolved her wellness teaching to embrace the holistic practices of today in a safe and professional environment.

Mindfulness is at the core of all Linda’s wellness teaching. The power of the mind to change one’s situation for the better is a key part to discovering and healing the Self. When dealing with trauma patients, she takes on more than just a cognitive approach, in which she integrates a treatment model that applies both contemporary neuroscience techniques in addition to the body and spirit. By introducing somatic experiences, Linda looks to reconnect the client with the often fragmented and forgotten memories as a means to heal, connecting them once again with the “felt sense” to find a way through their trauma, process it and move through it.
